Cookie policy
The small files this site stores in your browser, and the one you get a say in.

Your choice
You have not made a choice yet, so analytics cookies are off. You can change this whenever you like. Your choice is remembered for six months, then we ask again.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between pages or visits. Some are essential for a site to work. Others, like analytics cookies, are optional and need your permission first.
Essential cookies
These keep the site working and secure, so the law does not require your consent for them. They are not used to track you.
- lhsess: keeps the contact form secure against forged submissions, and keeps our own staff signed in to the admin. Deleted when you close your browser.
- lh_consent: remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so we do not ask on every page. Kept for six months.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: the spam check on the contact form may store technical information in your browser to confirm you are a person. Only on pages with the form.
The site also uses your browser’s temporary session storage to remember whether the header bar is tucked away as you move between pages. It holds no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.
Analytics cookies, only if you accept
- _ga and _ga_<id>: set by Google Analytics to count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones. Kept for up to two years.
If you reject analytics cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. If you accept and later change your mind, we remove these cookies.
Controlling cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the contact form from working.
