Three packages, sized by how many people need photographing. Every one happens at your premises: we bring the studio to you. Everything below is a fixed price once we know the numbers and the location.
One person
Bespoke executive
60–90 minutes
An unhurried sitting for board members, partners and anyone whose portrait will be doing serious work on a website, an annual report or a conference stage. Photographing more than one? Up to four executives can be booked back to back on the same day, each with their own full sitting.
- We come to you: your boardroom, your office, or a location that suits the story.
- Lighting and backgrounds tailored to you, from classic and clean to something with more character, agreed together before the shoot.
- You review frames on a tethered screen and choose your own selects.
- Tight crops, wider frames and a range of poses, whatever your portraits need to do.
- Usually around five fully retouched images, delivered in web and print sizes within three working days.
Usually booked for: C-suite, partners, founders, speaker profiles.

Team session
Full day
A rolling schedule in your office. Pick a look from our range of lighting setups and backgrounds, and everyone is photographed in it, so the wall of faces on your site finally looks like one company. Booked by the day, so there is time for late arrivals, retakes and anyone who missed their slot.
- Portable studio set up in a meeting room, packed down the same day.
- Ten minutes per person against a booked schedule you control.
- Each person sees their frames and picks their favourite on the spot.
- One retouched image per person, colour and crop matched across the whole set.
Usually booked for: Departments, new intakes, professional services firms.

Large scale with an onsite editor
One to five days
A second operator edits alongside the shoot, so portraits are culled, retouched and named while the queue is still moving — up to 200 people in a day. Built for conferences, all-hands days and offices that cannot spare people twice.
- Two-person crew: one photographing, one editing and delivering live.
- Up to 200 people a day on a managed queue, and longer events can run over several days.
- Files named to your staff directory convention, ready for the intranet import.
- Retouched set delivered the same evening, or handed over on the day.
